Memorial to Lost
Annual display of T-Shirts with the names of victims of violence in the Quad Cities during the last 4 years.
Display will start on August 29 through September 25, 2026

Opening ceremony for the display will take place on Saturday, August 29 at 10 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church at Kirkwood and Iowa Streets.

A bag of one of the following products is given away on a rotating basis - laundry products, cleaning supplies, hygiene items, and paper products until supplies are gone.

Gardens
Two Community Gardens are planted and harvesting available to the community through the summer - fall season. One garden is located at First Baptist, 1401 Perry Street off the parking lot. Second garden is located in the alley by Third Missionary Baptist between 14th and 13th Street.
